Today marks two years since I’ve been blogging. New Year’s Eve 2011 is the first time I pushed “published” with a post called Itz NYE, and I’ve loved every minute of blogging!
Our New Year’s card in 2011.
I love how much has changed in our lives since the beginning of my blogging journey, primarily referring to Baby Itz growing in my belly who will be 23 weeks tomorrow! That means today itz time for our 22 weeks pregnant bumpdate:
Well, itz safe to say I’m showing! I’m definitely not one of those “all belly” girls as you can see. My whole midsection is growing, but that’s beyond my control and I’m just happy I’ve got a healthy and happy Baby Itz inside. 🙂
Baby Itz: 22 Weeks
Baby’s size? Papaya (the length of)
Maternity clothes? No. I put my favorite jeans on the other day just to see if I could still button them. I could. But they were mighty snug, so I changed into my leggings that I’ve been living in.
Stretch marks? Nope.
Sleep: Sleep has been fantastic; please don’t change! I’m such a stomach sleeper, and since I haven’t really popped yet, itz still comfortable to lay on my stomach. <– same
Best moment this week: Feeling and SEEING Baby Itz move. Seriously, itz awesome. Itz like Baby Itz is having a NYE party in my belly!
Miss anything? No.
Movement: YES! If I wasn’t sure that what I was feeling below was Baby Itz, now I’m positive! He has been SO active lately. Just yesterday I felt like he was kicking and moving pretty hard, so I sat down and lifted my shirt curious if I’d be able to see anything on the outside of my stomach. I DID! Then I proceeded to video my belly until I saw some movement on the outside and texted the video to many people. My sister felt and saw Baby Itz later that day as he gave a mighty kick that made us both crack up since it was so big. I had no idea I’d be able to see movement this early!
Food Cravings: No cravings, just loving all food.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Nope.
Gender: BOY BOY BOY!!!!
Labor Signs: None, not that I would know what those feel like anyway!
Symptoms: Some lower back pain again when I sit or lay in the same position for too long.
Belly Button – in or out? In, but it looks like itz becoming tighter or more stretched out if that makes any sense.
Wedding Rings – on or off? On!
Happy or Moody? Oh so happy!
Looking Forward To: 2014 since that’s when Baby Itz will be here!
