21 weeks pregnant – time is flying around here! In a nutshell, everything is still going really great!
I feel like I’m beginning to bump out a lot more – take a look:
Bumpity bump bump, eh? And now the deets:
Baby Itz: 21 Weeks
Baby’s size? Pomegranate
Maternity clothes? No. I almost bought a top at Target the other day, but decided it was unnecessary. So many styles of regular clothes are looser which makes them ideal (and cheaper!) for wearing during pregnancy. Plus, I don’t mind that some of my shirts and dresses have become a little tighter as it means that Baby Itz is showing!
Stretch marks? Nope.
Sleep: Sleep has been fantastic; please don’t change! I’m such a stomach sleeper, and since I haven’t really popped yet, itz still comfortable to lay on my stomach. <– same
Best moment this week: My mom came over all day yesterday and we cleaned out the bedroom that will soon become our nursery. We got rid of six HUGE trash bags full of clothes I haven’t worn in way too long, and my mom organized so many different areas of our house! It feels good to get started, and itz even better with my mom’s help. Because if it were just up to me, I probably wouldn’t have started yet since I’m such a procrastinator. THANK YOU, MOM! My sister has been scouring the web for the cutest nursery designs and furniture ideas.
Miss anything? No.
Movement: YES! Ok, so I’ve been thinking I’ve been feeling him, but I wasn’t sure because, really, how are you supposed to tell what a baby feels like when you’ve never been pregnant before?? Now I assume anything that goes on in my stomach is Baby Itz! Jonny’s felt him a couple of times and my mom felt him the other night, too!
Food Cravings: Not cravings, just loving all food.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Nope.
Gender: BOY BOY BOY!!!!
Labor Signs: None, not that I would know what those feel like anyway!
Symptoms: Peeing all the time, and I know this is just the beginning.
Belly Button – in or out? In.
Wedding Rings – on or off? On!
Happy or Moody? Oh so happy!
Looking Forward To: Continuing to get a move on Baby Itz’s room including choosing a crib, dresser, changing table, etc. and at some point registering (with my mom and sister’s help!). Jonny is happy to help with the wardrobe department and has already purchased a Miami onesie, Miami jersey, and Chelsea soccer onesie. Speaking of Baby Itz’s wardrobe, he received his first Under Armour item last night at our family’s [belated] Chanukah party!
How cute is this little Under Armour sweatsuit?? Thanks, Lourie family! Jonny and I both totally love it (and Jonny couldn’t be happier about the orange!). Baby Itz is such a stud already!
What brand would you most want to deck out a little dude in?
