The day is finally here!  Today I’m giving you a full recap with 31 healthy smoothie recipes that I created throughout the month of August during the colourful smoothie challenge.  It was fun to make new creations each day and they were all mighty tasty.

Summer Smoothies

  • Raspberry Kefir:  frozen or fresh raspberries, raspberry kefir, & vanilla almond milk
  • Banana NuttZo: banana, NuttZo, milk
  • Cinnamon Banana: banana, cinnamon, vanilla almond milk, & dairy milk
  • Cranberry: 100% cranberry juice & plain kefir
  • Cran – Raspberry: raspberries, 100% cranberry juice, raspberry kefir, & water
  • Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter: banana, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, cacao powder, & milk

  • Coconut Cream Pie: vanilla protein powder, banana, unsweetened shredded coconut, & vanilla coconut milk

  2. I really like the sound of the Peach Pie! I created a cinnamon bun recipe using vanilla extract, cinnamon, stevia, banana, soy milk and ice that was delicious and tasted identical to a real pastry! Good for you for keeping track of all your creations – yum!

  6. Do you have recommendations for smoothies or shakes with kale? I’m trying to sneak more of it into my eating, but I can only eat so much kale salad 🙂

    Have you tried the dried peanut butter for flavor in a smoothie or shake? I like it with banana and chocolate flavors.
