Itz here! The day has finally come! I’ve been waiting over two months since I found out I’d be attending the Healthy Living Summit. I’m leaving today after school, sharing a cab with Mary, rooming with Meg and Chelsea, and couldn’t be happier about any of it! (No more tears here! Although I might cry out of excitement – either that or pee. Let’s hope for the former… For everyone’s sake.)
My bags are packed, though not too full because word on the street is that we’ve got some pretty sweet swag bags comin’ our way. (Check out the stellar sponsors toward the bottom of this post!) Gotta have room to bring the swag home! And from the sound of our sponsors, we’re going to be hooked up!
My snacks are ready, though not too many because I know we’ll be well fed (I mean, come on. There will be 200 bloggers who mainly blog about food and fitness… ya better believe there will be some tasty eats!)
My new Lululemon wardrobe is ready to be worn all.weekend.long. How much Lulu do you think will be sported this weekend? Seriously. Itz going to be awesome.
What I do know about this weekend is that it is going to be jam-packed! What I don’t know is how much time I’ll have to update the blog on a daily basis. You better believe that a full recap will be done in the near future if it doesn’t happen over the next three days. I will try and pop in and give you a quick update though. So instead, for now I’ll give you a glimpse of what just some of HLS will entail:

- 8:00 am - Private Group Training and Conditioning Class
- 11:30 am - Whole Foods Mini Mingle
- Afternoon – Official check-in to HLS
- Evening/Night – Cocktail Party
- 8:00 am – Breakfast (favorite meal of the day!)
- 9:35 am – CrossFit WOD with Reebok
- Daytime – Tons of awesome workshops, lunch, more workshops! Learn all I can about blogging from the experts that will be there!
- 8:00 am – 5K Fun Run
- 9:00 am – Farewell Brunch (and the waterworks begin all over again)
