High Five Friday

High Five Friday: A day to recognize one’s accomplishments and brag a little.  What am I bragging about today?  Today marks the fifth and final day of the workweek that I woke up and worked out.  Usually I get a good four morning workouts in, but it’s been awhile since I’ve gotten up all five days.  I think a major part of that has to do with the fact that I am in bed by 9:00 and asleep by 9:30.  It makes waking up at 5:12 a little easier.  :)   I’m also handing out several more high-fives to many deserving people:

My parents – for throwing together yet another fantastic dinner for my immediate family last night.  Dinner included salad, roasted potatoes, cauliflower with dill, hamburgers, grilled chicken, and chili over spiralized zucchini.  (I got my sister hooked.)

Jackson – for turning the big {4}!

Katie - for being a new homeowner, turning 30, and celebrating BIG in Vegas!

Brittany - for becoming NASM certified!

Ashley - for being so real with herself and us, and giving a great reminder to slow down and enjoy the little things in life!

Nichole aka Purplicious – for running her first half-marathon this coming Sunday!

Annette - for getting hired at a new gym in her new town!  I’m sad she left St. Louis, but am so proud and happy for this next step in her life!  We had one last fro-yo date:

Meg - for being awesome.  Oh, and for hosting this fabulous High Five Friday!

What or who are you high-fiving today?
